Payments for CBAMCALC subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd., which acts as Merchant of Record.
As Merchant of Record, Paddle is responsible for handling checkout, billing, invoicing, and payment processing for purchases made through the Service.
1. Refund Requests
Refund requests are handled in accordance with Paddle's applicable billing and refund policies, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
2. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription through Paddle's billing portal. Cancellation generally stops future renewals and does not retroactively refund already paid charges unless a refund is granted under applicable policy or law.
3. Billing Disputes
If you believe a charge was made in error, you should use the billing contact details or billing portal made available through Paddle to request review.
